We respect the relationship you built with your client. We handle the legal work, keep you updated on routine milestones, and direct client relationship questions back to you.
How do I refer a client?
Send us their name and number, or have them call or email our office. We take it from there and keep you posted. The 15-minute walkthrough is optional if you want to see the handoff before making a referral.

Yes. You receive routine milestone updates and an early heads-up when something could affect the closing date.

What does it cost my client?
A flat attorney fee per closing, not hourly. Your client will know the attorney fee before work begins, and we put it in writing. Title search and town recording fees are billed separately at cost.
